2. Payment & Refund Policy – QubHR

1. Payment Policy

• Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly/annual).
• All payments are handled via secure authorized gateways.
• Users must provide accurate billing and payment information.
• Subscription charges are non-transferable.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel anytime through the dashboard or support.
• Cancellations within 5 days of purchase/renewal qualify for a refund.
• After 5 days, cancellations stop future billing only (no refunds).

3. Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancellation is within 5 days.
• Refunds reflect in 7–10 business days.
• No refunds for partial usage or unused services after 5 days.

4. Exceptions (No Refund)

• Violation of Terms of Service.
• Misuse of platform features or unauthorized access.
• Force majeure events beyond our control.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

3. Account Registration

• Provide accurate and updated information.
• You are responsible for account security.
• Notify QubHR immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Use of Services

• Use only for lawful HR and payroll purposes.
• No uploading harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content.
• QubHR may suspend/terminate violating accounts.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions billed monthly/annually in advance.
• Subject to Payment & Refund Policy.
• Price changes notified in advance.

6. Data Ownership & Security

• You own all uploaded data.
• We have rights to process data for service delivery.
• Security governed by the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• All QubHR IP belongs to BitVeltrix Infotech.
• Users receive a limited license to use QubHR.
• Copying, reselling, or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Termination

• Users may cancel anytime.
• QubHR may terminate for:
  • Violations of Terms.
  • Non-payment.
  • Fraudulent activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

• QubHR is provided “as-is” without warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability = subscription fee paid in last 3 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms anytime; continued use means acceptance.
